Hello, I am sending this note to you to let you know I am seeking a position with you as you’re “at home assistant.” I am an unlicensed real estate assistant and know the tasks that can and cannot be done by an unlicensed real estate assistant. I have experience in New Home sales as well as my late husband was in real estate for over 35 years. From my husband’s career choice, I have gained an immeasurable amount of experience firsthand. I am presently working for an Edmonton Realtor from my home, inserting ads in free web sites, of which I have over 30 of, as well as cold calling and answering ads on FSBO sites. As well, I follow up with clients, set up searchers for buyers, and assist with scheduling of closings, conditions and appointments. I am highly organized as I keep records of all calls to FSBO sites, as well as passwords and ads on the free internet sites. I am certainly able to do more tasks if so required. It has been a very successful experience, but I am looking for more hours. I presently put in 16 hours a week and would like at least 20 hours per week. I will only work for one realtor at a time. I am paid $15.00 an hour with no bonus. I can help increase your listings and as you know that the market is picking up, you will get buyers off your “for sale” signs. I am hoping to work for a realtor who is honest and when I do give them a lead, I will receive feedback pertaining to my lead generation.
